What do you sell?

How are your books made?
Every copy is printed on demand, just for you, by our professional printing partner. Printing on demand means less waste and no warehouses full of unsold books.
Are your books also on Amazon?
Yes. Buying directly from Pages of Hope supports the author most, but you can also find our books on Amazon.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed securely; we never see or store your card details.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you pay with a non-Canadian card, your bank will convert the amount.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
How long will my order take?
Printing usually takes 3 to 5 business days, then shipping takes about 3 to 7 business days within Canada and 5 to 10 business days to the USA. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number when one is available.
Problems & returns
Can I return a book?
Because every book is printed just for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. If something is wrong with your order, please email us and we will help.
My book arrived damaged or misprinted. What should I do?
We are sorry! Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will send you a free replacement.
Do you offer bulk orders for schools, groups or events?
Yes, please contact us and tell us how many copies you need.
