No returns for change of mind
Every book, journal and planner is printed on demand, just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds for change of mind, including ordering the wrong item.
Damaged or misprinted items
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing error, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right with a free replacement. Please:
- Email us within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- Attach a clear photo of the problem.
You do not need to send the item back.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders go to print quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We will do our best, but once printing has started we cannot cancel or change the order.
