Pages of Hope is an online store based in Ontario, Canada, selling books, journals and planners. We sell to customers in Canada and the United States.
2. Products and prices
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We try to show products, colours and descriptions accurately, but printed items may vary slightly from images on screen. We may change prices or products at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or we suspect fraud. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment processors. Your order is processed once payment is approved.
5. Shipping
Items are printed on demand and shipped as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Returns
Because items are printed just for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Damaged or misprinted items are replaced as described in our Returns Policy.
7. Copyright
All books, journals, planners, printables, text, images and designs on this website belong to Pages of Hope or its authors. Printables are for your personal use only and may not be resold, shared or copied for commercial use.
8. Not professional advice
Our books and journals are for personal growth and inspiration. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal or financial advice. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
